DIANA DE WITTE
I am interested in the big picture and big pictures.
Diana is a Brazilian-German artist, independent curator, ideas editor, and strategic partner to art consultancies and major international galleries. She pivoted from her law studies in her native São Paulo to train as a contemporary artist at the prestigious University of Brighton, UK, quickly going on to study media art with Nina Fisher at the Universität der Künste.
Diana’s ability to anticipate trends is a trademark of her work. As a founding member of an independent online gallery featured in Frankfurter Allgemeine, Grazia, and ZEIT Magazin, she developed the sales strategy and a portfolio of champion artists, nurturing one of the first artist platforms to include crypto payments in 2017.
Her projects empower both artists and global communities. She is attached to humanitarian projects around the world, using art to engage youth and promote well-being through creative workshops and public art projects.
Using the sum of her experiences and an ability to navigate easily between English, Portuguese, German, and Spanish, she speaks skillfully and impactfully. She sees the big picture and zooms into the details, to forecast trends and connect the dots between artists, galleries, and companies.
Diana believes that we share art collectively and experience it individually.
